Anyone that knows me, will tell you I have a slight obsession with Lush products. I’ve spent so much time in store testing products and smelling all the different bath bombs! Here is a quick review of some the best Lush products (in my opinion). Rose Argan Body Conditioner is a wonderfully rich conditioner that smoothes, plumps and moisturisers the skin leaving it looking beautifully radiant! It’s packed full of nourishing butters and oils, rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, to keep your skin supple all day long. If you’re wondering what exactly is a body conditioner, then just think of it like a hair conditioner but for your skin. Simply smooth it over wet skin, whilst you’re in the shower, and then rinse off before towelling yourself down. For the ultimate pamper session, I love to pair this with the Rose Jam Bubbleroon and the Butterball Bath Bomb. Its the perfect combination, of scents and ingredients, to replenish dry, sensitive or irritated skin.
The lush lip scrub is something I always keep in my make up bag. It’s the perfect product to prep your lips before any make-up look to ensure your lipstick glides on smoothly and stays put all day. The caster sugar easily exfoliates the lips to buff away any dead skin, whilst the softening oils infuse and restore moisture back into the lips, leaving them perfectly polished. My lips can get incredibly dry in the winter so this product is an absolute essential for me!
Love Lettuce is a fresh face mask designed to balance and exfoliate the skin leaving it more bright and radiant. Exfoliation is an important part of my skincare routine because it removes built up dry skin that can clog up your pores and cause impurities. This mask is made up of ingredients like honey and almond oil that soothes and restores moisture back into the skin. Its also fragranced with lavender oil which has a wonderful calming and relaxing effect whilst balancing the skins sebum production. I know this is directed as face mask but I actually love to use a small amount all over the body to gently exfoliate and cleanse the skin.
